Preimo builds the movement plan alongside your run of show, assigns separate streams by guest tier so a VIP is never queued behind general delegates, and places coordinators on the ground who can hold, redirect or add vehicles while the event is live.

How far in advance should event transport be booked?
For larger programmes, as early as the venue and hotel are confirmed, since vehicle volume and chauffeur assignment are planned around the run of show. Smaller movements can be arranged at shorter notice. Contact us with your dates and guest numbers and we will confirm what is achievable.
Can you support events outside Dubai?
Yes. We coordinate event transport across the UAE including Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah, and internationally across the Middle East, North Africa, Europe, North America and Asia through a managed partner network.
